Different shape
Instead of having a round barrel like the other Intuos3 digitizer pens, the 6D Art Pen has an elliptically shaped barrel. This allows the user to easily feel the current position of the stylus. it is thicker but lighter than the Intuos3 Grip Pen and is approximately an inch (3cm) shorter.
This new 6D Art Pen for Intuos3 graphic tablets and Cintiq pen displays also has a unique wedge-shaped, rectangular nib in both hard plastic (for dynamically smooth and natural responses with impressive control) and “felt”( textured ) to emulate brushes, markers and calligraphic pens. When combined with a software application supporting its feature set, this revolutionary silver stylus with 1,024 levels of pressure-sensitivity can produce almost any type of brush effect or marker stroke on the graphic tablet.
