Please read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment. Claims for damaged and /or missing items must be received by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise to allow us to immediately notify our suppliers and start rectifying the situation as soon as possible.
At DrawitTablet.com, customer satisfaction is important.
If you have received defective merchandise or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it by following the rules and policies below. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, unregistered, in their original box, and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Upon receiving the defective item we will gladly exchange it for another of equal purchase amount or give you a credit of the original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges).
Damaged Goods Policy
Customers should thoroughly count and inspect all cartons for damage before signing for the shipment.
This includes palletized freight. All exceptions should be clearly noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt. In cases of external (visible) carton damage, customers should refuse the damaged carton(s) and clearly note the refusal on the carrier delivery receipt.
E-Mail: contactus@drawittablet.com immediately, within 24 hours, of the refusal. Claims for external (visible carton damage) may not be honoured when not refused by the customer at time of receipt. Claims made after 24 hours from receipt date may not be honoured. Damaged goods covers only damaged or defective goods received upon delivery.
DrawitTablet.com must be notified within 24 hours after receipt of all damaged goods and/or missing components. DrawitTablet.com is not responsible for any damages sustained after delivery.
Please note that the following items may not be returned:
- discontinued items, special order items, and consumables
- items for which manufacturers will not accept returns like opened software and hardware
- merchandise which has undergone revisions without being assigned a new part number by the manufacturer
- product not purchased from DrawitTablet.com
How to Return an Item
To return an item, you must:
- Send an e-mail to: contactus@drawittablet.com
for prior approval and to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please state the reason for the return in your e-mailed message along with your name, address and telephone number. (All returns must have the complete Return Authorization Number (RAN) prominently displayed on the shipping label in order to be received into our distributors’ warehouse. If the RAN is not visible, your shipment may be refused. )
ABOUT RAN: RAN (Return Authorization Numbers) are valid for 15 days from issuance. Please ensure that the item arrives back at our Distribution Centre Returns facility within this time frame. Returns received after the 15 days may be rejected and returned to sender at sender's expense.
- Re-package the item complete with all packaging and accessories
ALL original factory packaging, materials, accessories, manuals and booklets and all other literature, instructions, documentation, inserts and blank warranty cards MUST be returned with the product. Everything must be repacked into the original manufacturer's box.
- Place the manufacturer’s box into a shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- Insure the package and ship it via a traceable method, for your protection.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Shipping and handling a returned item should be prepaid.
- IF the item is deemed defective, DrawitTablet will reimburse the shipping and handling costs when a copy of your shipping receipt is received.
- IF the item is returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
DrawitTablet.com reserves the right to require the customer to return
the defective goods directly to the manufacturer for replacement.
ALL RETURNS are for replacement only. Replacement credit will be issued at the purchase price on the date of the purchase (excluding shipping and handling charges).
Return Limit
Returns on “current” products are accepted up to 30 days from purchase date, subject to and limited by the DrawitTablet.com's return policy.
Out of Policy Returns
All non-defective items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee or $25, whichever is greater.
Authorized out of policy returns may be subject to a fee of 15% of return value, or $25 whichever is greater.
Unauthorized out of policy returns will be shipped back to the customer “collect” and result in a $50 charge. Should this shipment be refused by the customer, DrawitTablet.com will accept the product, however no credit shall be issued.

Backorder Policy
If the event of a backorder or an out-of-stock item, DrawitTablet.com will notify the customer by e-mail, explaining the situation at hand and provide an estimated new delivery date. If the customer then chooses to cancel the order upon notification of a backorder or out-of-stock situation, the money will be promptly refunded to the customer.
Note: DrawitTablet.com will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought at DrawitTablet.com.
Regarding errors in print
Manufacturers claim the right to make changes and upgrades to their products without warning or informing the resellers. While DrawitTablet makes conscientious efforts to provide up-to-date and accurate descriptions, information, and specifications on all Wacom products, DrawitTablet assumes no responsibility for any errors.
DrawitTablet.com is also not responsible for typographical errors.
